There are 15 individual cubicles and 4 private offices on the fourth floor and another 7 cubicles on the mezzanine level. (Availability of specific workstations may vary.)

Each workstation can be rented at a flat per-unit rate on a month-to-month basis, and additional workstations can be added to or dropped from the lease as you go!

Amenities include access to our waiting room, conference room, kitchenette, PDF scanner, color copier, printer, wireless internet network, and file cabinet storage.

For architects and engineers, large-format printing and scanning can be done in-house with our KIP 7100 plotter.
